Ultrasonic lubrication is a technique that is not yet widespread in industry but is being successfully introduced in industrial plants around the world.
Good bearing lubrication minimizes the risk of rotating equipment failure.
Studies carried out by the main bearing manufacturers (SKF, FAG, ...) indicate that at least 50% of bearings are replaced beforehand due to poor lubrication. It is also said that 80% of mechanical failures are caused by a lubrication defect (poor choice of lubricant, lack of lubrication, over-lubrication, contamination, etc.) and that only 10% of bearings reach their service life.
