PROJECT OBJECTIVE
Automation and optimization of inspection management
The INSPECTOR project aims at research on various technologies, techniques, tools, methodologies and knowledge aimed at automating and optimizing inspection and maintenance management in the framework of the connected industry. This project proposes a new perspective of automated and unattended management in industrial facilities in critical, highly complex and difficult to access environments.
The use of emerging technologies will be investigated to obtain inspection and maintenance solutions and enhance automation and industrial competitiveness within the framework of Industry 4.0, such as: UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles), sensors, artificial vision, simulation, artificial intelligence or Machine Learning, among others.

Preditec's participation is focused on developing a methodology for wind and solar thermal use cases that integrates different technologies, obtaining, understanding and processing data from different information sources, design and development of algorithms, analysis of alert generation, research of advanced learning techniques, development of anomaly detection models, evaluation of trend values and error margins, and evaluation of results.
To this end, Preditec will incorporate an artificial intelligence layer into its rotating machine (AWM) predictive system to enhance automated asset diagnostics, improving diagnostic accuracy and minimizing the time required for monitoring by a predictive analyst.
