MRA provides equipment for environmental testing

It has manufactured more than 400,000 radiators and heaters for the aftermarket, available through its sales network in Portugal and Spain, as well as for export worldwide.

MRA has been selected to supply environmental test equipment, which allows JDEUS to evaluate the performance of its products under temperature, relative humidity (RH%) and vibration conditions. The result of this combination of loads makes it possible to understand the behavior of the products in conditions similar to those in service, to validate the solutions developed and, above all, to provide vital information for product development. This solution provides JDEUS with a tool that contributes to the quality assurance of its products and increases its prestige as a supplier to the automotive industry.

This technology consists of a combination of a vibration system and a mobile climatic chamber to vibrate the components in 3 independent axes (X, Y and Z) under controlled temperature and humidity conditions. The vibration system is equipped with a high performance vibrator and a platform to excite the components in the vertical and horizontal axes. The climatic chamber moves horizontally under a set of rails and is adjustable in height to couple to the vibration system in its test position.
