Shipping of the suitcase is offered portable Datom and the subsequent remote analysis, diagnosis and recommendations. The case includes machine instrumentation, monitoring system and connectivity via 3G/wifi router. This system allows temporary data logging, alarm configuration, processing of collected signals and import of process data. It is a multi-variable and multi-brand solution: vibrations, ultrasounds, electrical parameters, etc.
Annual predictive maintenance contracts
Provision of portable equipment and subsequent remote analysis. Plant personnel are trained for periodic data collection and our analysts perform remote analysis reports, diagnostics and recommendations. The reports are published through the Preconcerto web platform. Preconcerto allows easy visualization of the status of the installation, bidirectional communication between the analyst and the plant, extraction of information filtered or in different formats and centralization of information from the different predictive techniques.
