Merger by absorption

Grupo Álava has undertaken a business restructuring process, which has culminated in the execution of a merger by absorption whereby the activities previously carried out by "ALAVA INGENIEROS TELECOM, S.L." with Tax Identification Number B-80070113 and "TRAZADIA, S.L." with Tax Identification Number B-86386109 will now be carried out by the company "ALAVA INGENIEROS, S.A.". :

• Registered Office and Tax Address: c/ Albasanz 16, 28037 Madrid

As a consequence of this merger by absorption, the two absorbed companies have been dissolved and extinguished without liquidation, transferring their respective corporate assets en bloc to "ALAVA INGENIEROS, S.A.", which has acquired by universal succession the rights and obligations of the former, subrogating, therefore, "ALAVA INGENIEROS, S.A." in the same contractual position held by "ALAVA INGENIEROS TELECOM, S.L." and "TRAZADIA, S.L." respectively.

As a result of this merger, the resulting company will benefit from the experience and references of the two absorbed companies, allowing the Álava Group to undertake larger projects and substantially improve its internal processes to achieve excellence in service to our clients.
