The present Conditions of Use regulate the use of the Web Site that GRUPO ÁLAVA makes available to the Users.
The Conditions of Use together with the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy constitute the total terms and conditions that establish the access and use of the Website (the "Terms and Conditions of the Website").
The mere access to the Website, the completion of forms, the sending of requests for information, queries, complaints, contracting offers and, in general, any act of a similar nature to the aforementioned through the forms and/or electronic mailboxes existing on the Website will imply, on your part, the unreserved acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Website and the acquisition of the consideration of Website User. In case of being offered, through the Web Site, the use, provision and/or contracting of products or services, the fact of being used and/or requested by the User will imply, likewise, the unreserved acceptance of the particular conditions that, in its case, have been established to that effect, and that will form an integral part of the present Legal Notice.

With regard to the content, the website aims to inform Internet users about the company that owns it, as well as the services it makes available to its members. Likewise, it has forms in which personal data are collected through the CONTACT section.

The ÁLAVA GROUP accepts no responsibility and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation, excludes any guarantees, express or implied, relating to the merchantability, suitability for a specific purpose, non-compliance, accuracy, reliability, integrity or up-to-dateness of the contents, services, products, texts, graphics, links or other elements included in the Website, or the results obtained from accessing and using the Website and/or the contents of the same.
GRUPO ÁLAVA makes every effort to avoid errors in the contents published on the Website. All the contents offered through the Website are up to date, and the ÁLAVA GROUP reserves the right to modify them at any time. The Alava Group accepts no responsibility for any consequences that may arise from errors in the contents and/or services provided by third parties on the Website.
The ÁLAVA GROUP reserves the right to install Cookies, which are quantities of information that allow certain data about its visitors to be stored and recovered, and which can only be read by the server that implemented them. The Conditions of Use of this website and all situations that may arise from the same shall be governed by Spanish legislation. In the event of any controversy that may arise from accessing or using this website, the ÁLAVA GROUP and the User, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain).
