Ricardo Conde holds a degree in Engineering from IST (Technical University of Lisbon). He has more than 30 years of experience in the industrial and institutional space sector. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Portuguese Space Agency and, in 2020, he was appointed Chairman. He is currently the Portuguese representative and head of delegation in the ESA, ESO and SKAO Council.

In addition, he has been recognized by the European Commission as the most innovative organization in Europe in the ICT field, receiving the Innovation Radar Prize.

She has chaired or is part of the governing bodies of PAE, MATERPLAT, Observatorio Industria 4.0 or FEI, among other organizations. Throughout his career, he has developed activities in areas such as structural calculation, quality assurance, test development and R&D projects, both at national and European level. He is currently responsible for the CEiiA Test Center in Matosinhos-Porto (Portugal). He is passionate about mountains, sports and enjoying with family and friends.

Demetrio López Molina was born in Madrid in 1962. He obtained his degree in Telecommunications Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Madrid in 1987 and for more than 35 years, he has accumulated extensive experience in the identification and management of research and innovation projects. He has been fortunate to work in different companies, all related to space and this has allowed him to develop a fairly broad vision of the value chain from basic technologies to system level testing. Since January 2015, he has taken on a new responsibility in the company as Innovation Director within ALTER TECHNOLOGY GROUP...All this while sharing his huge love for music, motorcycles and sailing.

Josep Colome

Josep Colomé is the Director of the Area of Promotion of the Catalan Space Sector at the Institute of Space Studies of Catalonia (IEEC). As director of this area at IEEC, he carries out the promotion of the Catalan space sector in coordination with the Government of the Generalitat de Catalunya, within the framework of the NewSpace Strategy approved in October 2020. Josep holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Barcelona and in his career of more than 20 years in the space sector he has held positions of direction and management of infrastructures and terrestrial instrumentation such as the Montsec Observatory or manager at national level of ESA missions such as Ariel or LISA.

Engineer and Master in Aerospace Engineering, he developed his studies in the USA, and accumulates more than 20 years of experience in high technology environments for the aerospace, automotive, R+D+i, agri-food, defense and energy sectors. Within the Alava Group he has held different roles and has managed several business lines, including the Imaging, Photonics and Nanotechnology Business Unit. He is currently Corporate Director of Strategic Alliances and Team Leader of the new business line of New Space.
