VISION AND ROBOTICS WORKSHOP FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF LARGE PARTS.

The Overfly initiative invites you to the conference organized by Grupo Álava and the AIMEN technology center under the title "Vision and Robotics for the manufacture of large parts".

It will address the most advanced technological solutions and trends that are revolutionizing the world of vision and robotics for the manufacture of large parts to meet the challenges faced by the industry.

A space with live demonstrations oriented to different productive sectors and with different technologies capable of working together; where we will give you clues on how to maximize the performance of your industrial processes, ensuring the quality of the final product and cost reduction.

Would you like to share this experience with us?

We want to accompany you on your way to an industrialization more adapted to the new era. Enjoy during this workshop interesting presentations of 3D vision and robotics technology in the environment of large parts manufacturing, its live uses on different applications and its implementation to show you how to improve the productivity and competitiveness of your business.

LIVE DEMOS

  • Bin Picking combining machine vision and robotics for part identification and handling: in collaboration with Pickit3D, we presented a demonstration of a bin picking system that integrates a robot and a 3D sensor with structured light technology to identify and pick randomly arranged parts. This technology is based on computer vision algorithms and path planning to achieve accurate and efficient picking of objects in an industrial environment.
  • Conveyor belt profilometry and artificial intelligence: Along a conveyor belt, we will showcase a series of inspections using traditional vision, 3D vision and Deep Learning techniques. This demonstration highlights the versatility of Zebra's software in working with different technologies, as well as the accuracy shown in detecting and analyzing defects in parts. The deep learning approach enables advanced recognition and classification of previously unknown defects with high accuracy.
  • Code readers and OCR: Using Zebra smart cameras, we will demonstrate a code reading and optical character recognition (OCR) system supported by deep learning technology. This solution offers exceptional reading and recognition capabilities, suitable for product identification and tracking applications in industrial environments.
  • AIMEN's Didactic Factory. Portable and flexible robotic system for plasma cutting operations in confined spaces. This solution is oriented to assist operators in the execution of cutting tasks inside a double bottom ship in non-ergonomic positions.
