The integration of predictive techniques and technologies focused on monitoring failure modes in accordance with ISO 17359:2011 becomes the key to success in order to have a real-time dashboard of asset health status. Access to condition monitoring information through the use of cloud platforms as well as the development and application of advanced Big Data analysis techniques allow the consolidation of all information related to condition monitoring in a common database, an increase in reliability in diagnostics and therefore a reduction in ROI.
This conference analyzed the benefits provided by the implementation of predictive maintenance in the cloud and its advantages in two fundamental aspects, on the one hand, the improvement of plant reliability and on the other hand, knowledge management.
