Preditec will be a sponsor at the next 6th Spanish Maintenance Congress, Tarragona, March 28, 29 and 30, 2017.
Tarragona will host the 6th Spanish Maintenance Congress next March. In the same space, professionals in this field will meet to discuss, contribute ideas and share experiences about our sector.
The Congress is structured in different spaces. In addition to the conferences and practical examples offered by the wide range of top-level speakers, there will be a networking area to share experiences with the managers of the participating companies or their top managers in the field of maintenance. Also noteworthy is the exhibition space where attendees can make contact with the main companies in this sector.

Machinery monitoring in the era of Industry 4.0.
We are constantly receiving information where the concepts of Industry 4.0, IIoT, Big Data and predictive maintenance are related. Predictive or condition-based maintenance relies on machinery monitoring to optimize the scheduling of maintenance tasks. In an environment where machines are sensorized with IIoT technologies and the generated data is automatically monitored and analyzed, we will have much easier to obtain information about the status of critical assets, in order to schedule or not the maintenance tasks that minimize the risk of an unexpected failure. This paper analyzes the advantages and difficulties of modern monitoring systems to face the industrial revolution of digitization and intelligent management of the maintenance of means of production.

Palau Firal i de Congressos de Tarragona
The 6th Spanish Maintenance Congress will be held at the Palau Firal y de Congressos de Tarragona. The Palau is located at Arquitecte Rovira street number 2, next to the Renfe train station and La Pedrera parking lot.
The AVE high-speed train station is 15 km away, while Reus airport is about 13 km away. In both cases there are public bus connections and cab service.
